Certifications and Credentials

While coaching is not yet a regulated profession, we believe in offering our clients the highest level of quality and professionalism. A FastPass coach holds certificates and credentials that ensure proper training and adherence to professional guidelines and ethical standards.

A Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential means that your coach has earned a post graduate degree in the behavioral sciences, has obtained additional coach specific training from an approved educational provider and has passed a nationally validated and recognized credentialing exam by the Center for Credentialing and Education. ​

OUR APPROACH

Dr. Azahar Lopez has been in practice as a psychologist since 1998, working with adults, children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs. In the more recent years, she has focused on working in leadership development within organizations to help high performing adults reach even higher levels of fulfillment, personal well-being and professional accomplishment.

Professional experience includes:


  • Facilitating training in leadership topics, ranging from customer service and conflict management to situational leadership and self discovery
  • Collecting 360 feedback for leaders and subsequent coaching to facilitate development of personal plans
  • Collaborating with leaders to facilitate team building experiences
  • Assessment of needs to facilitate organizational interventions
  • Working in supervisory and management positions, leading high level staff

Dr. Lopez draws from this diverse experience to provide individualized coaching services that are driven by the client’s goals and needs. She utilizes cognitive approaches, understanding of adult learning, appreciative inquiry and formal assessments- when appropriate- to join each client in creating and achieving his or her goals.
